Restaurant Louis

It is in the historical village of Montfort sur Meu that Restaurant Louis took residence. Located in the beautiful forest country of Broceliande in Brittany, it is the perfect place to enjoy and relax in good company with a mouth watering menu and a quality wine cave. Thanks to the energetic vision of the two chefs Jean Pierre Denis and Mathilde Baty, Restaurant Louis opened its doors recently for our culinary enjoyment.

Our two culinary creators share generously their passion for good produce and good wine as well as their exceptional cave. Mathilde and Jean Pierre make us benefit from their years of experience in the Michelin Star Restaurants with a cuisine traditional but innovative, going from Lyon with Paul Bocuse, the most gastronomic city in France, Corsica, and the traditional Brittany cuisine. All those experiences create their vision to elevate French cuisine with simple but gourmet meals.

When our two foodies cook, the quality and the origin of their produce is an important matter, everything in your plate will be local and in season: vegetables, meat and of course all the sea food coming directly from the Brittany coast 1hour away. Everything is fresh, high quality, and natural.
